Turks Caicos hospitality training goes online

PROVIDENCIALES, Turks %26amp; Caicos Islands: The Turks %26amp; Caicos Hotel Association (TCHTA) has underwritten the development of a new, comprehensive web site showcasing the Turks and Caicos Hotel, Tourism and Training Institute (TCHTTI), the islands’ only dedicated educational facility for the hospitality industry.

The website provides information, requirements and application forms for the complete range of training courses available from the TCHTTI. The TCHTTI offers a variety of full- and part-time courses and degree programs for both recent graduates as well as experienced professionals who want to advance their careers in the hospitality industry. It has proven to be a valuable resource for local businesses in the tourism industry, providing advanced training on critical skills as well as a pool of trained workers ready to deliver essential services to the local economy. %26ldquo;We have strong connection and history with the TCHTTI and consider it an important investment for our association. Through the website, current and prospective students can browse the entire TCHTTI curriculum and understand the scope, time frame and requirements for both full- and part-time participation at the school. Faculty members are profiled and downloadable application forms are also available on the site.

The site was developed by local web design firm Wired Island Ltd.
